I've been liking your posts and appreciate learning more about you even than when we worked together. E.g. about your family and also this section:

> See, when I got to the Stanford Graduate School of Business (aka “GSB”), I had a difficult time making friends. I was living off campus with my partner (of five years), and I missed the pre-onboarding trip to Columbia (thanks JJ) . Add in the fact that a) I don’t drink, b) I’m a fair bit aspy, and c) I wasn’t ready for the culture, it took a good six months to really find my legs, find my people, and start being “me.”

I definitely relate to that.

I appreciate and love the conviction. It’s hard to be honest and clear about who you are.

FWIW, I never saw you as a smart and arrogant person. Mostly a curios and intense person.

Excellent. It takes some doing just to recognize the unique moment in time and put on a Soros sized bet while not getting chopped up by false breakouts the rest of the time. I’d be stunned if that could be systematic vs just getting the cosmic vibes through divine intervention or magic but looking forward to see what you do with it!

Love this. It resonates with my own less prestigious experience of varsity, sport, trading, business building, relationships, and self-reflection. Hungry for more 🤞

Thanks for sharing your journey in public. For what it’s worth, I think it doesn’t have to totally be either or in terms of full autist agro or milquetoast paper hands people pleaser. People will just misinterpret you, to some degree, no matter what you do.

I’ve found it’s usually best to just shrug. But feeling tired of dealing with others’ perceptions, I definitely get the feeling some days…

On the “coming home,” does that mean you aren’t pursuing Rose AI as an externally-facing platform anymore?
