Sometimes we don't leave because something went wrong. We leave because something inside us is telling us it is time for the next chapter. I especially appreciated that distinction in your words.

There is a lot of wisdom in knowing when it is simply time to move.
And perhaps the best part of a new chapter is that you don't have to know exactly where the road leads before you begin driving. Sometimes knowing what you are moving toward is enough.

There were a few times there, in the last few months, that the actions of the admin seemed to line up with; This is what Alex Campbell would’ve done… 😏 (govt services seems to hint at something related to that…)
